These terms apply when you browse or buy from ShopWithAG. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment confirmation allows us to begin processing your order, but we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack (card or mobile money). Your order is processed only after payment is confirmed.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. In some cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Product information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged separately and is not included in the price shown at checkout. Delivery fees are communicated when delivery is arranged and are typically paid directly to the delivery provider. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product sourcing, shipping, customs processes, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery providers
Delivery services are provided by independent third-party delivery partners. While we will assist in resolving delivery-related issues where possible, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses caused by third-party delivery providers beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedies where applicable.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Changes and liability
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version applies to new orders. To the extent permitted by law, ShopWithAG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
